BRAVES REFUND POLICY - Updated Sept 21st, 2021
Hello Braves Families,
With the recent restrictions the Braves organization has decided to give families until Saturday, September 25th to withdraw their child(ren) from the 2021-2022 hockey season as per the vaccine policy only minus a $35 administration fee plus $25 per skate your child(ren) has partaken in. You will need to email hockeystuff1310@gmail.com with your request. After this date there will be no refunds.
As for bingos the following info was provided to us.
As of September 20, 2021, proof of 1 shot & picture ID is needed. As of Oct 25th, proof of both shots & picture ID is required to work your commitment.
As the Braves executive we have decide that it is going to be the parents’ responsibility to find someone to work for them if they are not vaccinated or their deposit cheques will be cashed.
If you have made the decision to withdraw your child(ren) for the 2021-2022 it will also be the parents’ responsibility to contact Amy @ bingo.braves@gmail.com to cancel your bingo commitment.
